SUMMARY: Grant by John Scrivener of Benhall in the county of Suffolk, esquire, lord of the manor of Sibton in the said county, for 60 and at the special instance of John Fiske of Studhawe in Laxfield in the said county, gentleman, to Robert Hindes of Bury St. Edmund's, yeoman, Thomas Chaplinge of Bury aforesaid, yeoman, George Groome of Rutlesden, yeoman, and George Cooper of Ubbeston, yeoman, of all the timber trees growing, standing, or being that does now or shall in future grow upon the lands containing 140 acres, a parcel of the said manor, and now in the copyhold tenure of John Fiske by virtue of the will of Erasmus Cooke, clerk, and a surrender made thereof.
